Reading your WinCard dashboard

3 min read

Your dashboard is built around one question: how much of your business is coming back? Here’s what each number actually tells you.

Repeat revenue

Total revenue from customers who’ve visited more than once. This is the clearest signal of whether your retention efforts are working, independent of new customer acquisition.

Return rate

The percentage of customers who come back within your typical visit window. A rising return rate usually means your reward structure or campaigns are landing.

Campaign ROI

Revenue generated by a specific campaign against the cost of the offer redeemed. Use this to double down on what’s working and retire what isn’t.

Check your dashboard weekly rather than daily — retention metrics move slowly, and daily noise can be misleading.
