Setting up your first wallet card
A wallet card is the fastest way to give customers a reason to come back — no app download, no sign-up form, just a scan and it lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Here’s how to get yours live.
1. Start with your brand basics
Upload your logo and pick your primary color in Settings → Card Design. WinCard automatically generates light and dark variants so your card looks right in every wallet.
2. Decide what the card tracks
Most businesses start with a simple visit counter ("buy 8, get 1 free"), but you can also track spend thresholds or points. Pick whichever matches how customers already think about value at your business.
3. Generate your QR code
Every card gets a unique scan code from Settings → QR Code. Print it at least 2x2cm, place it somewhere customers naturally look — at the register, on receipts, or on a table tent.
4. Test it yourself first
Scan the code with your own phone before launch day. Confirm the card adds cleanly to your wallet and that the branding looks the way you expect on both iOS and Android.
That’s it — most businesses are fully live within 15 minutes of starting.
